Small Business Law
This area of law deals with small business matters that are not adversarial. In the legal world, these are called “transactional” matters. Starting and maintaining a small business can involve drafting of documents and navigation of the legal and regulatory framework—JEP attorneys are able to help with effective, affordable counsel.
JEP lawyers working on Small Business Law provide services that may include:
- Business entity formation
- Drafting contracts, including loan agreements
- Corporate bylaws
- LLC operating agreements
- Employment agreements and handbooks
